Key Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks
- Providing technical guidance on evaluation methodology, data quality, and performance measurement
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Supporting learning processes, reflection activities, and adaptive management approaches
- Producing technical reports, analytical briefs, and knowledge products
- Engaging with clients, partners, and subject-matter experts to ensure technical rigor and relevance
